Thank you for shopping at our store. Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly via internet download, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind once a purchase is complete.
1. Delivery of Goods
Your digital product is considered delivered and "opened" the exact moment the download link is generated, emailed, or accessed through your account dashboard.
2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
We only grant exceptions to our strict no-refund policy under the following specific conditions:
- Product Defect: The downloaded file is corrupt, broken, or fundamentally non-functional.
- Misrepresentation: The product delivered is completely different from the description on the sales page.
- Double Purchase: You accidentally purchased the exact same digital item twice in the same transaction.
